Our account managers have an innate can-do attitude along with a passion for the online gambling industry. These attributes, plus strong social skills are essential to building trust with our high net worth customers. We are looking for a Polish Account Manager to join our team.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, using your patience and people skills to make wise judgments and build strong relationships with them.

What you will do?

  • Provide an excellent service and tailored gambling experiences across all products
  • Prioritise player safety and responsible gambling at all times
  • Monitor individual customer performances and ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are made available
  • Analyse segment and market performance
  • Handle day-to-day and out of hours queries and complaints to deliver a ‘competition beating' service
  • Initiate campaigns that drive high net worth customer activity
  • Ensure campaigns are generated in a timely manner and that results are correctly monitored and reported
  • Manage targets and a budget
  • Monitor the customer base for new customer potential
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Events teams, and host customers at local and global events
  • Collaborate closely with local market and brand teams
  • Build customer profiles to reflect playing behaviours, interests, likes and dislikes

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Great people skills that build strong relationships with customers
  • Sound commercial acumen including an understanding of ROI and analysis
  • Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, along with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
  • A genuine commitment to providing world-class service to our valuable customers
  • Well-presented and willing to travel and work outside normal office hours
