Job Mission
As a SharePoint Administrator, you are responsible for creating and maintaining SharePoint interfaces to support our ASML engineers worldwide. We are looking for someone who understands and has extensive hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365.
Job Description
You will be part of the platform team. In the platform team we develop applications to enable easy and efficient knowledge exchange for our engineers worldwide at customer sites. The developers within the team create custom-made applications that need to be integrated in the SharePoint platform. As an administrator, you connect and enable the SharePoint applications and build user friendly interfaces.
The platform team works closely together but each team member operates within his or her own area of expertise. For the SharePoint Administrator this means that you are the link between the developer and the user. You will work in a high pace environment, and you will often work on different projects in parallel. Because the results of your work are so visible, you can have a real impact on the visibility of the platform team as a whole. What you do is seen as the standard for knowledge exchange within the department, and the way of working for the online community.
Education
A bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Microsoft certification is a plus.
Experience
Personal skills
You need to have an affinity with technology, and like working in a highly technical environment. As you will be working with multi-disciplinary teams, you are expected to have good communication skills. You need to be able to communicate about technical issues, both within the team and with stakeholders and users.
You possess planning and prioritization skills and you believe in continuous improvement. You are fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch.
