Your impact

As a Junior HR Analyst within our Total Rewards department - you will be directly involved in the maintenance and development of compensation & benefits programs in the Netherlands aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals. You will assist in managing the annual compensation cycle (benchmarking, planning, budgeting, salary and bonus review). Next to this you will be able to help improving our benefits package (for example: pension, mobility, healthcare) and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable.This includes working together with all relevant disciplines (i.e. finance, legal, payroll, HR business partners).

In this function you will be able to develop Compensation & Benefits skills and get the opportunity to grow in your career. You will be part of the Total Rewards team existing of 3 people in the Netherlands, which falls under the Human Resource department within Corporate Functions. Next to this you will work closely together with our interlock in Buenos Aires who is supporting the team offshore.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist the local team in the maintenance, design and administration of current and new compensation structures and benefits packages;
  • Execute responsibilities such as analysis of data and market trends, updating our HR policies or drafting communication to employees;
  • Responsible for the administration regarding available C&B tools;
  • Participation in Total Rewards/HR projects;
  • Act as a day-to-day contact person for compensation & benefits related issues.

Your background

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management;
  • Experience in the Compensation & Benefits and/or Human Resources area is preferable but not required;
  • Strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy and a result-driven approach;
  • Excellent communicator, convincing and strong personality;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and strong numerical skills;
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
