The Products Department
The Products department provides its customers with HR tools such as Pay data, assessments and surveys, enabling them to support their employees throughout their career path. Our solutions cover the selection of candidates to the development of employees through the management of their motivation and their remuneration.
We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven commercial talent with affinity with professional services to grow our business.
Working as Account Manager in our Products division, you will be a part of the international SME Sales function and responsible for managing a portfolio of clients including actively renewing annual purchases, securing submission of company data to build Korn Ferry databases, and providing customer service or triaging inquiries to appropriate global or local colleagues.
You will explore the challenges that our clients face and identify suitable solutions to the client’s situation. You will showcase our products effectively to the client and help them to understand the value we can add within Korn Ferry. Base on your understanding of client business needs you will be providing recommendation to our clients for products and services. Using your sales background, you will aim to upsell/ cross-sell our product range to maximize our service offering to our clients.
