Salary circa £23,000 + Up to 10% Bonus + Job car + iPhone + IPad + Pension Plan + Share Plan Looking for an exciting fun role in bustling seasonal areas over summer?
Do you want to be the face of one of the world’s most recognisable brands in one of the ‘hottest’ seasonal area’s over the summer? The role will focus on the delivery of customer experience and activating our brands presence to a high executional standard within a geographical area. The role is focused on bringing our brands to life in seasonal outlets to ensure consumers connect with our brands through increasing range, Point of Sale and activation of our coolers.
What to expect:
You will be joining a leading FMCG field sales team and will play a specific role to increase the visibility and availability of our iconic brands in seasonal outlets.
By visiting these stores on a monthly basis, you will be able to build a strong customer relationships, collaborating with your colleagues in wholesale and Independents,
To help with this, you will be provided with leading tools, technology, on-the-job development and all the team support you need to reach your full potential in this role
Reporting into a Sales Manager, you will identify key seasonal customers, deliver sales target which include range and coolers and activate POS to a high standard. You will working closely with our Wholesale team and other stakeholders in our business. The customers you will be interacting with daily vary, these will include Fast Food outlets, Bars, Convenience outlets, Cafes, Street Food outlets etc all making the role fun and varied.
Skills & Essentials:
Experience in sales or merchandising, in retail or similar environments is great, however it’s not a requirement. We’re just looking for energetic candidates who want to be rewarded for hitting their targets, building a relationship with seasonal customers, executing the outlets with Point of Sale and ensuring we to get the maximum consumer reach.
