We are currently looking for a skilled intern to join our Account Management team as Client Relations Assistant to build and maintain relationships with our clients. You will provide clients with the highest level of customer service whilst resolving problems and inquiries in an effective and timely way and writing creative content to boost their bookings. They’re at the very heart of our business, which is where you’ll be, looking after them through thick and thin.

🏠 DUTIES:

  • Relationship management: you will assist your manager to provide exceptional service to hosts and step up to identify and resolve issues when needed. Our business is built on trust, and our host satisfaction scores are up there on the wall.
  • Account Management: you will assist the Client Account Managers looking after our portfolio of homes in London, you will respond to queries through the phone and emails.
  • Onboarding: Perform the onboarding of new clients after signing with City Relay, obtain all information for their properties in order appropriate content to be written.
  • Distribution: Advertise the properties in the different OTA's, booking channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Home Away and other 20+ platforms.
  • Problem Solving: Respond in a timely manner to client questions/issues and offer rapid solutions, working closely with other departments such as Reservations, Operations and Guest Relations
  • Ensure all our current client questions, comments and concerns are answered. Our client queries range from everyday cases to the challenging - from maintenance to pricing strategy
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement and up-sell the full management services to easy guest clients

🏠 REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role will require you to be poised under pressure in a growing business. Done right, it will arm you with seriously strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, a network of long-term relationships with hosts, and a crucial role in our London business.
  • Native/ Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
