Your job

As an intern in Global Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), you will be working together with the Global Inclusion and Diversity Head.

Amongst other duties, you will be responsible for the Market Intelligence, and analysing the latest trends and benchmarks in the field of Inclusion and Diversity. You will also support the deployment of our global I&D action plan, ie I&D ambassadors, Inclusive Leadership capabilities as well as the I&D Communication strategy.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design and delivery of Market intelligence in the field of I&D, also gathering the latest trends and insights research is developing in that field.
  • Support both the I&D ambassadors and Inclusive Leadership capabilities programmes, ie the delivery of workshops, design of key capabilities.
  • Support the I&D Communication strategy, participating into engaging our employees and external stakeholders into our I&D journey.

Your position is based in Amsterdam.

Your profile

You are enrolled in a Master’s degree programme, preferably with a HR and I&D focus such as Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Inclusion & Diversity or Gender Studies. You should recognize yourself in the following:

  • Passionate about Inclusion & Diversity
  • Pro-active, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality
  • Team worker with the ability to work independently and to juggle priorities
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to work in a structured way on projects, project management experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills, ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
  • Fluent in English with an international interest
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
