Are you a graduate student looking for an opportunity to learn more about HR? Are you interested in Project Management? Do you want to work in a great company with an international appeal?

Within HR Services, an internship will be available as of January the 14th. The vacancy is for the role of HR Services Project Management/Communication Intern. As an intern within HR Services you will be working along with the Project Manager of HR Services in Zoeterwoude to support processes such as:

  • Supporting the Project Manager of HR Services and setting up the PMO portfolio
  • Supporting the business (assist with change management, set up stakeholder analysis, observing and overseeing processes)
  • Assisting with communication (search for innovative ways of communication, set up a communication plan/matrix for HR Services)
  • Coordination of training (setting up the training menu, a training portal within intranet and collect material for training and instruction)

Your working environment

The HR Services team is operating in different expertise teams with young, experienced and fun people. The environment is high paced, dynamic and activities will be varied. The team consists of 28 professionals. Our department is supporting all HEINEKEN people in the Netherlands: HEINEKEN Corporate Office, HEINEKEN Netherlands and HEINEKEN Pension Funds. HEINEKEN is a place where our people love to work and can develop themselves to the best of their ability.

Your profile

You are currently a student in a relevant field of study at WO/Master level like Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Work & Organizational Psychology, Communications or Business Administration.

And do you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Project management interest is an asset
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about project management
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to work in a structured way on projects
  • Experience in a coordinating role and understanding change management
  • Flexible and with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • Experience in working with MS Office
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with an international interest
