This is an apprentice internship (with a possibility to do a graduation assignment) for a bachelor or master student in HR, International Business or Communication & Media. 

Job Mission

ASML is growing fast. Across the globe, hundreds of new colleagues are joining us every month. To accelerate the performance and growth of our company and people, we are improving the ASML onboarding experience.

This internship is within the global onboarding team, part of the HR&O department of ASML.

Job Description

During this internship, you will assist the Onboarding team with the following tasks:

  • Identify and analyze communication and change management needs 
  • Coordinate, monitor and drive change activities
  • Create communication and change management materials
  • Assisting project managers in several projects. For example by co-developing materials for the awareness campaign within the Organization


You are a BSc or MSc student in the field of HR, Media and Communications studies, or in Business studies. You have a proactive attitude, you enjoy creative thinking and you are perseverant. Furthermore, you have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

This internship is suitable for both apprentice interns and graduate interns. You are available for at least 4 days a week with a minimum duration of 6 months. Start date as soon as possible. We offer you the possibility to work on both your thesis and your personal development due to this internship.

Please keep in mind that we can only consider students (who are enrolled at a school during the whole internship period) for our internships and graduation assignments.
