Magnet.me is one of the fastest growing startups in the Netherlands. We started out with our little graduate recruitment revolution six years ago in the Netherlands and after becoming market leaders here, we have launched our product in the United Kingdom.  

You will be working from our HQ in Rotterdam - in a real startup environment. You will be part of a young and dynamic team of 30+ Magneteers who work hard every day to disrupt an industry and have a positive impact on the lives of our users.  

Your tasks and responsibilities

As our Communication & Partnerships Manager, you will be co-responsible for driving our continued growth in the Netherlands. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our Campus Manager programme
• Offline marketing
• Events like the Magnet.me Careers Cafe
• Communication (including social media)
• Partnerships with student associations and universities
• Running growth experiments

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (in speech and writing)
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing / brand activation, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Preferably experience with running events
• Social and a strong communicator
• Hands-on and hard working
