Assistant Company Secretaries in Aldermore’s Legal team will play a key role in managing our legal risks and governing the business appropriately. It’s a dynamic environment in which to gain invaluable career experience.
The Role
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary who will contribute to the provision of company secretarial and corporate governance support to Aldermore and its subsidiaries, including compliance with the Companies Act 2006, the rules of recognised exchanges and listing authorities (where applicable) and other regulations as relevant.
We are also looking for someone who is expected to provide excellent service to all ‘‘stakeholders’’.
