This role will be supporting the Operations Manager of the Airbus Endeavr Wales Organisation –
Airbus Endeavr Wales is focused on developing early stage research to the point where commercial value can be realised. The initiative is funded by Airbus Defence and Space R&T, Airbus DTO and the Welsh Government. It works closely with SMEs and Universities in addition to Airbus technology departments. The successful applicant will primarily support the day to day operational running of Airbus Endeavr Wales as well as screening pitches from SME’s and Airbus organisations
Tasks & accountabilities
During this internship, the activities you may undertake will include;
o Planning and support to meetings required in year.
o Preparation and support to Board Meetings including progress against KPIs (4 per year).
o Preparation of Executive Committee meetings (6 per year) including project reviews and progress against KPIs.
o Regular engagement with the project teams, to guide them through the funding application process and to monitor progress against KPIs.
o Ensuring the project wave milestone reviews are planned and maintained and project reporting is conducted on the agreed timeframes.
