In this role, you will join the Secure Communication HRBPs team and support them in the delivery of a full range of HR services within the framework of the HR strategy. You will also support the Early careers team with the outreach programme.
Tasks & accountabilities
Responsibilities / Main Activities: HRBP
Actively Support the provision of operational support to managers and employees within the business, with a focus on a particular business entity. Contribute to the delivery of business objectives through supporting appropriate and timely HR interventions. Provide support of all aspects of HR process to ensure the successful implementation of HR policies and initiatives within Airbus.
Support the Business Partners in the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional service covering the full generalist remit including:
1. Attendance management
2. Recruitment & headcount mastering
3. Reward and recognition
4. Grievance and disciplinary

Required skills
Please note our Internships are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;
Intermediate Excel skills, ability to interpret data using V lookups and pivot tables
