As a Barclays Relationship Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in our Corporate – Client Coverage team. You’ll maintain and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate customers, dealing with a range of requests in a personal and professional way. You’ll be member of an established and collaborative team and will work with stakeholders across the bank, furthering your skills and experience in client, business and risk management.

About us:

We offer our Large Corporate clients a dedicated 3 points of contact to support them with their day to day Banking requirements, both in the UK and Globally. Our Relationship Directors manage a portfolio of clients and are supported by their Relationship Support Manager and their Corporate Services Executive.

As a Relationship Support Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Assisting a Relationship Director with relationship management and development, product knowledge, sales research and client acquisition

• Interpreting the diverse needs of our customers and working with various business partners to provide tailored solutions

• Ensuring all customer information is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible

• Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business

• Identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes and service to customers

As a Relationship Support Manager, your skills and qualifications will include:

• Experience in a control and rigour environment, including risk management

• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

• Experience in managing internal stakeholders

• An understanding of corporate banking products and services

• Knowledge of the credit application process and credit risk policies and procedures

• Full or partial Credit Skill Development or School of Finance completed examination preferred
