Minimum qualifications:

  • BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Program management experience.
  • Experience in program management, recruiting, marketing, HR, consulting or related area.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully lead large complex programs and develop appropriate processes to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Experience delivering resulting through successful program design and implementation.
  • Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships to deliver results through successful program design and implementation.

As an Apprenticeship Programs Specialist, you will contribute to Google's growth by identifying and building long-term partnerships with organisations promoting apprenticeships and bringing the right talent into Google. You will develop and execute various strategies aimed at promoting the Google brand and developing a targeted candidate pipeline of people to meet short-term hiring needs and long-term pipeline development. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, and you will be challenged to devise innovative ways to build partnerships and compel people to apply to various apprenticeship programmes at Google.


  • Partner with internal team members and a wide range of stakeholders across Google through high-quality program management, including continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to successfully meet program objectives, including: program mapping and planning, budgets, stakeholder plans, logistics, communication, content development with clients, and other core elements.
  • Partner internally with staffing teams and clients to design comprehensive programs and strategies to build Google’s short and long term candidate pipeline.
  • Build relationships with industry partners and vendors, as well as relevant organizations, to promote Google's brand in the employment marketplace.
  • Create marketing and communications materials that increase Google’s brand awareness in the market and attract local talent.
