About our Opportunity:

Senior Corporate Communications Business Partner – Chief Operating Office (COO) and Sales, Cambridge or London

Competitive salary + benefits

For a business to be successful it is vital to deliver clear, consistent messages both within the organisation and externally. This is of increased importance in the contemporary corporate climate, given the frequency and variety of media channels now available.

AVEVA are looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Business Partner who will be a key member of the Human Resources and Corporate Communications team. Reporting to the Vice President (VP) of Corporate Communications, their work introduces them to a variety of stakeholders throughout the business; with a unique opportunity to act as strategic communications support to the Executive Leadership Team for the COO and Global Sales organisations.

Drawing on your extensive communications experience, you will provide consistent messages for your specialist areas aligned to the overarching business strategy. You will use your knowledge of ‘customer first’ approaches to create and adapt the formal communication that supports our sales teams, helping them to grow new business and maintain their existing relationships.

You will also partner with the COO leadership team. The COO organisation has responsibility for key business functions such as Research and Development, Portfolio Management and Services along with the individual business units. Working with the key stakeholders you will provide them with strategic communications advice and support both inside and outside the organisation.

You will have significant experience supporting key business units within a global organisation and be accustomed to tailoring messages for specific market segments. You are familiar with working to tight deadlines and are proficient at measuring the success of your messages through stakeholder feedback, surveys and the results of your direct communication activity.

Based in either our Cambridge or West London office, you will have opportunities to travel to regional UK offices and from time to time there may be opportunities for international travel.

In addition to a competitive salary, the AVEVA benefits package includes a Flexible Benefits Allowance, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank public holidays, Group Life Assurance (4x base salary), Contributory pension scheme with a maximum employer contribution of 10%, AVEVA Wellness including an Employee Assistance Programme, Continual Learning & Development and our own Sports & Social Club.
