What the role is about

Our IT team is looking for a Technical IT Support. As our Technical IT Support you will learn about being part of the Service Desk and being the point of contact for employees with IT-related issues or requests. You will support the IT department in handling those incidents. Next to this, you are going to learn the inner working of the IT department, which includes infrastructure, cyber security, hardware and software management. In this role you will report into the IT Manager. Are you a good coordinator, proactive and analytical? Join us @ CLUSE!

Responsibilities

  • First-line support for incidents and requests;
  • Support on installing and maintaining hardware and software systems;
  • Assist in on-and offboarding employees on ICT equipment and authorization;
  • Help create needed saved searched or data mapping to our ERP system;
  • Help create and maintain user guides and documentation;
  • Identify and analyse problems, manage incidents and pro-actively improve IT systems, functionalities and processes;
  • Monitor the various cloud solutions to ensure maximum up-time.

Requirements

  • You are graduated with a MBO or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT or a related study;
  • You have already gained some working experience (1-2 years) in an IT role;
  • You have some experience with the installation of Enterprise Desktops (Windows 10, Mac OSX) and related software packages (i.e., Zoom, Adobe, Office 365);
  • You have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (considered a plus);
  • You are interested to learn our ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) and assisting people through creating Saved Searches for their daily work;
  • You are ready to improve your data analytics, reporting, and database skills;
  • You are flexible and you have a hands-on mentality;
  • You are available for a minimum of three days per week.
