The Global Planning department in GSC has responsibility for functional leadership through the ownership and continuous improvement of the SC Planning capability (in the functional area of Demand, Supply and S&OP).

Your responsibilities:

As a Planning Analytics Lead you:

  • Organize relevant planning-data and reporting across all planning-products. Ensure data governance and consistent use of data-models. Define and maintain planning-KPI-tree. Define and monitor (automate) PPI’s of key-planning processes. Understand OpCo planning-analytics needs and support them by scaling existing dashboards or develop new (global) use-cases.
  • Pro-actively analyze OpCo/hub planning-performance and drive these insights to the improvement agenda of the OpCo/hub. Together with the TPM Planning lead, develop (the automation of) various loss-deployments
  • Manage partners to maintain planning-dashboards at lowest costs. Manage proof-of-concepts of new developments.
  • Bring outside-in perspective, understand market-trends. Benchmark Heineken’s planning-performance against peers.
  • Our go-to-person for D&T with regards to Planning analytics (MI council, AEP-team, etc.)

Key Experiences:

  • Master degree, with exceptional analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning
  • Experience with data, reporting and (advanced) analytics.
  • Experience with Heineken’s Planning solutions (FuturMaster, BlueYonder, INFOR, AIMMS) and TPM
  • Knowledge of Heineken’s reporting systems (BCS, CIL), proficient with PowerBI, SAP-analytics
