HEINEKEN is looking for you!

Every day we work with pride on our great products that you have certainly had in your hand at a party, during a work meeting or at home on the couch. HEINEKEN is much more than just beer. What about brands like Cristal Clear, Royal Club, Heineken 0.0, Amstel Radler and Birra Moretti. We actively work to create a pleasant work environment where everyone feels respected and has equal opportunities. Your personality, knowledge and skills are the success of our organization.

The internship

  • You will be the Change & Communications support for the reshape of the Continuous Improvement Program (TPM) of HEINEKEN Supply Chain across the globe;
  • You will be working closely with the TPM team, functional leaders in the global head office and an external Change&Comms Agency;
  • You help set up and roll out of the Change & Communication Plan for the Continuous Improvement Program (TPM) of HEINEKEN Supply Chain;
  • For this you standardize the communication materials that come from the different pillars and departments to guard consistency and clarity in messaging from the change program;
  • The presentations you create will be used by the global leaders in workshops and webinars. You will help adapt materials to the occasion;
  • You help in the creation of communications toolkits for leaders to get the message across to their teams and to realize the necessary behavioral changes needed to apply TPM correctly;
  • Your communications deliverables inspire, involve and engage the Supply Chain community to embrace and implement the changes and aim of the TPM Program.

During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom, so you can work like a real entrepreneur. We like to bring the outside world inside and therefore we embrace new, fresh ideas with enthusiasm. Of course always with the guidance that is right for you.

The department

The Global TPM department is responsible for the continuous improvement program (TPM Program) within HEINEKEN Supply Chain. A program that runs across all logistics and production operations to and involves people of all the layers in the organization, meaning from shop floor to Supply Chain Leadership Teams in the different locations across the world. Currently we are reshaping and simplifying the program to bring back the focus on elimination of waste & losses to improve the performance across the E2E supply chain. The plan is to launch the renewed TPM program in May and June this year and you can be part of this transition by supporting the change & communication plan and roll out in the HEINEKEN world.
