At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We’re the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you make. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the food you sample. Through our products, partners and people, we can empower everyone to experience the world.
We’re a truly global e-commerce company, with business operations in nearly every country and city on the planet. And we want to make it easy for everyone, anywhere in the world, to pay for their travel or do business with our platform – whenever and however it’s convenient for them.
Our brand new FinTech business unit – with teams in Amsterdam, London and Shanghai – develops new products and drives innovation to help us continue removing financial friction from the travel process. That makes buying and selling travel-related products and services simpler for both travelers and partners.
The Payments Compliance Operations team is part of the RegTech department within FinTech. The goal of the Payments Compliance team is to proactively protect, prevent, detect and respond to non-compliant and/or criminal behavior. The team is responsible for managing compliance threats across the business operations globally. Continuous improvement on detection and response capabilities is key.
We are looking for Junior Compliance Operations Analysts who are motivated to take ownership for an array of actions to address incidents for which they are held accountable: Analysts investigate and resolve compliance cases from start to finish. "One best thing I love about the graduate program is that it created a community from my day 1 in the company: a group of young professionals joining on the same day, learning and growing together in the company."
Amsterdam is the perfect city for me. A lot going on and very diverse, yet small enough to feel relaxed and at home in. And there’s a great mix of people at Booking.com too…the whole world is here.
