Job Responsibilities

The role requires the successful candidate to be able to effectively prioritise and plan their activity across a large number of NHS customer accounts. Focus will be on customer education and training across the entire C3SD product portfolio as well as upskilling the regional sales team where appropriate.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Interaction with Nurse Specialists in Tissue Viability, Infection Control, Vascular Access; Product end-users e.g. Link nurses, Ward Staff, Community Nurses etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of:
  • anatomy and physiology
  • wound healing
  • intravenous therapy
  • chronic oedema management
  • Ability to learn & understand scientific data
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to build strong lasting relationships (internal and external)
  • Solid planning and organisation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • IT Literate
  • Enthusiastic action-oriented team player driven to achieve outstanding results

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in science based subject or equivalent commercial experience or Registered nurse qualification strongly preferred
  • Proven commercial background and experience strongly preferred
  • Health care and wound care industry knowledge is essential
  • Clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
