What you will do:

Within this role, you will support M&A development and execution of ACT. Conduct company and market analysis. Develop target pipeline of acquisition and partner targets, support in deal execution. Manage internal and external stakeholders and advisors.

Your profile:

As a true young professional, you will be involved in a wide range of activities such as:

  • Managing target pipeline – based on the key investment areas, pro-actively source acquisition and partner targets
  • Collecting and analysing company and market information and preparing presentations
  • Preparing transaction documentation
  • Managing due diligence processes and performing valuation and financial analyses
  • Maintaining contact with target companies and external advisors during transactions.

Job requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience
  • A financial, economics, econometrics, business or technical master’s degree with above-average grades.
  • Able to work independently with good impact on the assigned work area.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, commercially minded, loves a fast-paced environment;
  • Structured and detailed way of thinking and working;
  • Fluent in English;
