You’ll be:

  • Executing enablement communications campaigns to time, cost, and quality while achieving the outcomes for each campaign overall
  • Creating marketing collateral and educational content for our external partners and internal sales teams to help engage customers and achieve sales targets
  • Working closely with external partners, advising them on ways to achieve objectives, and guiding on content, style, and tone of messages
  • Making sure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the wider agenda
  • Optimising campaign budget

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a good awareness and understanding of campaigning and achieving business outcomes. Along with a track record of delivering strong sales enablement marketing plans, you’ll need experience in internal and external marketing communications management, tools, and techniques.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • The ability to gather information from a range of different sources and in a number of different ways, to analyse this data, and to recommend the right way forward
  • A flair for creativity and innovation
  • Proven confidence to negotiate with and influence peers, senior managers, and external stakeholders
  • Good collaborative, interpersonal, and team-working skills, with the ability to build networks and relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and tone of the published content
  • A passion for hands-on, autonomous working
