To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have expertise of working in financial crime, ideally in a TM environment and knowledge of related regulations and procedures. Crucially, you’ll also need to have a strong background in people management, with an understanding of people processes and policies to lead a successful function.
You’ll understand risk management and have a solid grasp of Risk & Control Assessments (RCA), Control Environment Certificate (CEC) positions, and Vantage issue management.
