Do you like to explore commercial opportunities, to work with people from different departments and are you passionate to get products to the next level? Then you might be interested in this internship within our Product & Partnerships Team within Offer Management & Ancillaries at AirFrance KLM.
In this role you support our Ancillary Product Team where you will have the opportunity to have you own responsibilities and projects. You will be in the heart of the commercial organization where we are continuously focused on investigating our customer needs and how to further optimize ancillary sales performance. Within our team we work on implementing new products and improvements on our current products. Air France and KLM have a wide range of customer facing touchpoints such as its website, app and lifecycle messaging where we make sure we offer the most attractive and relevant offers. Next to the digital touchpoints ancillary products are also available via indirect (e.g. travelagents) and direct channels like callcentres, airports and cabin crew.
Offer Management & Ancillaries (OM&A) is a joint AFKL department within our commercial Organisation focused on optimizing our Ancillary Revenue. Ancillaries are our paid products we offer to our customers to enable them to personalize their trip, think about seats with extra legroom, upgrades to business class, WIFI, A la carte meals, Lounge Access or other travel related products like hotels, car rental, insurance.
Next to new product offers and improvements it focuses on creating innovative display, bundling, dynamic pricing and distribution strategies. You will work in a dynamic and agile environment with a young and driven team, which is divided over offices in Amstelveen and CDG. Outside OM&A you work closely with Pricing & Revenue Management, Digital, FlyingBlue Distribution and other commercial and operational entities.

Het sociale aspect van het traineeship is echt een bijkomend voordeel. Iedere vrijdag zijn we sowieso al samen voor de persoonlijke ontwikkeling, maar we sluiten ook iedere vrijdag af met een borrel.
Wat ik fijn vind aan KLM is dat je ook de vrijheid hebt om bijvoorbeeld tussen de middag te gaan sporten. Ik vind dat KLM oprecht de work-life balance van haar medewerkers hoog in het vaandel heeft
staan.
