The role supports the strategic sourcing of key categories such as Packaging and External manufacturing across Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia.

This is an opportunity to start your career in procurement, and understand the impact that sourcing has in an organization. Within this internship you will support the categories´ strategies to deliver great value to our customers

In this role you will have one or more projects in the following areas, depending on the business need, talents & interest of the associate:

  • Preparing market analysis to support decision making and strategy creation
  • Supporting buying events, including request for quotations RFQ, allocation recommendations and support contract negotiations.
  • Driving value chain productivity through cost modelling and value stream mapping
  • Working with x-functional stakeholders to identify and execute simplification projects
  • Prepare and participate supplier reviews.
  • Devise and maintain categories and department performance KPIs

During your internship you will learn about

  • Category strategy development, including helping us navigate through real life challenges such as profitability & sustainability
  • See Source to Pay and other important back bone processes in real life
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Driving performance through data.
  • Value chain management

Your Profile

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Master Students in study track related ideally to procurement, supply chain management or logistics
  • Medium /Advanced excel skills
  • (Preferred) Experience with complex data analysis
  • Positively assertive, pro-active attitude
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Learning on the go
  • Passion for procurement
  • Creativity and interest in communications
