Roles & responsibilities

  • Member of the Operations Team, currently consisting of 7 people (growing)
  • The overall goal of Operations is to make sure that all bikes in the fleet function perfectly
  • Your task is to coordinate all fleet managers in all our 9 cities where we currently operate They need to be able to do their work properly with your help
  • Develop ideas how the fleet managers work-process can be improved
  • Directly reporting to Operations manager
  • Working together with different departments (Production, Marketing, Cities)
  • Combination of practical (out-door) and office work
  • Backing up fleet managers in their holidays
  • Manage and overview own tasks
  • Freedom to determine your own tasks and how these should be executed
  • From time to time, visit operating cities (abroad) to implement and improve operational processes

  • Minimum 4 days a week available
  • Basic knowledge in Msc Office
  • Look for a Starters job
  • Work experience (side jobs/projects count as well)
  • Having a background in mobility is a plus, but don’t hesitate to apply if you have a different background and feel you can contribute.
  • Speak Dutch and English, German is a plus
