About the Job

You will join our Business Intelligence Team based in Amsterdam. You will focus on assisting our IT Specialist with various IT-related tasks. From providing IT support to our employees in Waldom EMEA to configuring hardware for all our EMEA staff!

An internship at the Business Intelligence Department of Waldom will give you the opportunity to learn about our industry, broaden your professional experience in IT, develop your skills and allow you to start crafting your own career.

What You’ll Do

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests through our ticket system. 
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over MS Teams, or through the ticket system). 
• Configuring, installing, and maintaining hardware and software in our EMEA offices. 
• Set-up and manage Waldom user access rights and licenses in our active directory. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation. 

What You’ll Need

• Recently graduated from IT or related MBO study program, or still enrolled/recently graduated from HBO, IT or related study.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Some practical experience of managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting, and repairing issues. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.

We’re flexible! We are preferably looking for someone to do between 32-40 hours per week for a period of 3 or 6 months but we’re open. Are you a working student or looking for an opportunity after you’ve graduated? Our People Team is happy to discuss the possibilities with you!
