In this role you take variety of operational and administrative responsibility. You are coordinating key initiatives, actions and communications in the field of both, Electric Vehicles/B2B business development and dealer network development.

What could your day look like: you open your inbox to have a look at your emails. You received an email from one of our B2B clients with the question of next delivery timing of electric scooters. You schedule a meeting with them to discuss delivery options as well as future delivery trends. After your lunch break you continue to work on a report for German Yamaha dealers. You need to analyse revenue and costs, efficiency in store operations and share results with management and key stakeholders. In the evening you start packing bags to go on a business trip the next day. You will visit a B2B conference where various companies showcase their latest personal mobility technology solutions.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and establish direct and indirect partnership development with identified and potential future electric personal mobility sharing business partners;
  • Develop motorcycle engines & key components business for racing teams and selected customers, all-over Europe, including price setting, invoice controls and delivery coordination;
  • Monitor B2B business opportunities such as police or delivery vehicles, together with distributors and support expanding new revenues sources
  • Support implementation and expansion of Dealer Business Management tool to each market in order to accumulate/analyze financial & operational KPI data of Yamaha dealers
  • Ensure European Yamaha dealers remain compliant with set dealer standards through coordinating periodical auditing and connecting results to actionable plans

What do you bring?

  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in a relevant business environment;
  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Management;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong communication, organization and planning skills;
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently;
  • Fluency in English language, an extra European language would be a plus;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience/Interest for Powered To Wheelers is a plus but not mandatory.

What do we offer?

Besides a competitive salary, Yamaha Motor offers you a 13th month payment, commuting allowance, work from home allowance, 28 holidays a year and the opportunity to earn a bonus. You have the opportunity to work from home for about 50% of your time. You will work in an international environment in which you can learn and develop. Your first contract will be a temporary contract, but with the intension to extend or offer an indefinite contract.
