We are looking for a Systems Expert in Process Support within our Integrated Operations organization, in our Business Area Wind.
Process Support provides support to a wide range of business processes within service execution and supply chain management, both within daily operation as well as implementation and development projects.
The team is responsible for ensuring the process and system solution is supported and that users are enabled to execute their roles in the systems, mainly SAP PM/MM.
Process Support provides input to Implementation projects for the standardized process and system solution and enables the continuous improvement of the systems used. The team is gathering the business/process needs which are then developed by IT, in close cooperation with business representatives. Once design and development are completed Process Support is responsible for providing end user training and user instructions to the operational teams.
The Systems Expert role has the full knowledge of maintenance systems solution setup within BA Wind, mainly SAP service execution and supply chain management, as well as onshore and offshore.
Within the Systems Expert team there are four shared roles combined within the same function, System Project Manager, Lead Key User, Portfolio Manager and Implementation Advisor. The Systems Expert will together with the Business Demand Manager lead the implementation initiatives and optimize the way forward in the SAP journey within operational processes.

Location
The location for the position is in one of our main locations Stockholm, Amsterdam, Hamburg, London or Kolding.
The group is to be organized internationally, however currently, most of the employees are located in Sweden.

I’d always been interesting in a career in the energy sector as it is the backbone of society, demand will continue to grow and I also wanted to be involved in the development of an energy system which will enable current and future generations to live in a healthy, safe and sustainable environment.
I studied law at university and although I didn’t have any experience in IT, it was an area I had always been interested in. The training I was given before I started work at the IT Service Desk gave me a very good foundation.
