Your personal mission

We are looking for someone to fulfill an important role in the QA & Product Development team, therefore we are actively looking for a tech-savy Product Manager that likes to be in a high-paced innovative environment. Even though every day is different at Nostics, there are some key responsibilities that we would like you to take upon:

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed software and externally purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products.You will perform configuration management and administrative QA related tasks related to CM to ensure new software, hardware and other control items are properly inventoried, documented in our QMS & ALM.

Tasks:

  • Perform online updates to QMS, develop/update QMS related documentation, update schedules and address any CM issues
  • Work closely with the Research, Software, AI & Regulatory team to ensure QMS and QA tasks align with the project Roadmap and meet the requirements.
  • Facilitate sessions with expert team members in which requirements, risks, design specs and testcases are drafted.
  • Train and present briefings to staff and peers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation and meet on a regular basis to ensure all QMS products are up to date or require revision.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date documents for Quality Assurance audits

Job requirements

About you

  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and the ability to work on multiple web platforms.
  • You need to be really tech-savy, our ALM,QMS as well as the topic we are working on is highly technical
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in developing technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally (in English) and able to engage and motivate the team to collect & draft documentation
  • Resilient, thorough, precise, helicopter view
