Your role

As part of the g-company Freshworks unit, you will be supporting new and existing clients to implement Freshworks products. You will work in a goal-oriented and structured way towards the go-live so that the client and users are excited about the implemented solution.

After you have played a supporting, content-driven role in the final phase of the sales process, your real part begins. You take care of the kick-off of the deployment, lead the meetings where you discuss the progress with the project team, and take care of the configuration of the Freshworks products.

You will guide the integration with the customer's back-end systems if necessary. In addition, you constantly share knowledge about Freshworks with the customer, not only during training for Admins and users. And you will supervise the go-live so that the customer can start to use their system. You will work independently but can always lean on an experienced team to assist you.

Also after the deployment, we remain committed to help our clients. We support them, ad hoc and in projects, with advice, data analysis and quick scans to continually increase the added value of the Freshworks solutions. And if customers need support, you provide (second-line) aid.

Finally, you will contribute internally to the growth of the Freshworks squad to become the Freshworks specialist in Europe!

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of Freshworks products
  • Scheduling and organizing all tasks around the implementation
  • Taking care of the setup and the configuration of Freshworks
  • Guiding the integrations with non Freshworks systems
  • Provide training and workplace guidance
  • Implement optimization of Freshworks configuration at existing customers
  • Providing (second-line) help

Your expertise

  • You have knowledge of customer service and/or ITIL processes and can use this knowledge to implement systems
  • You have experience in the implementation of cloud solutions
  • You have good communication skills. You know how to express yourself clearly and how to listen even better
  • You have completed relevant education at Bachelor / HBO level or higher
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
  • You have an affinity with and/or a strong interest in information technology
