Business Analyst

About the Challenge

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help produce and analyze business requirements. You will prepare wireframes and a detailed strategy to help the IT department efficiently implement those requirements. You will provide support in designing the test phase of the project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage various workforce processes, procedures and programs, and provide highly technical and responsible assistance to personnel and cross-functional departments.

Your Skills

You are a team player who shares a passion for data and analysis. You are equally customer-focused, ensuring that our programs, processes and timelines are driven to support clients in the most effective way possible. You are a strong communicator and able to deliver you vision, objectives and roadblocks in a clear and concise manner. You clearly translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and have a strong business acumen to understand its impact on technical projects.

• Master in Information Technology, Civil Engineering or Computer Science
• Graduated or 1-3 years of professional work experience in a related field
• Strong foundation in programming languages, software suites (SAP and AX), databases and SQL
• Experience analyzing business requirements
