We are Piggy, number 11 of the fastest growing Saas scale-ups in the Netherlands. We’re on a mission to build better relationships between business and people as European market leader for customer and employee loyalty software. Every day, we’re enhancing the customer experience and employee engagement across our clients’ organizations. We do this with a team of 50 international talents across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the UK.

YOUR TEAM

You will play a vital and central role in our organisation as ​part of the ​People team. ​You will ​ensure that our team is a close-knit community where everyone can utilize their qualities, everybody feels welcome and you will be taking care of our team. ​We thrive when our people thrive, so it's an important ​job!

YOUR MISSION

• Initiating and setting up our company events (for Piggy team and external stakeholders)
• Responsible for our office management:
• -Welcoming people at our office
• -Make sure the office is neat and tidy
• -Daily fresh lunch, so if you are into cooking that's a pre!
• Strengthening our community and company culture by living and spreading our values
• Helping out with HR related projects & administration
• PA related tasks for our founders

WHO YOU ARE

In this role you really need to ​have affinity with hospitality, be welcoming and ​people focused. ​Furthermore, we want ​you to contribute to Piggy with new and ​creative ideas to ​further develop ​our ​culture and community and be hands ​on. ​So we ​ask you to take full responsibility on all ​these aspects.

Furthermore:

• You have a relevant diploma or bachelor degree
• You have excellent socials skills
• You have great organizational skills
• You are a teamplayer
• You know how to prioritize your tasks
• You are proficient in Dutch and English
