To support our Customer Care Specialized Services department in Heerlen, we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Supervisor to support our businesses with strong focus on development, coaching, relationships, process improvement and performance management.

A Day in the Life

  • We offer you a position in which you ensure day-to-day performance through excellent supervision of the Customer Service Representatives.
  • You make sure the team is at the highest performing standards by taking the responsibility and leading them by training, communication, objective setting, and performance management.
  • You monitor daily reports and KPI’s, analyse trends, identify root causes, and deploy corrective actions if needed. You actively contribute to the development of the team.
  • Furthermore, you identify process improvement opportunities to implement improvements together with other Customer Service team, our warehouses, transport, and other key stakeholders.
  • You design and implement processes to improve the customer experience and efficiency.
  • Another key responsibility is to build effective the relationships with our local, in country stakeholders both external customers and our internal sales colleagues.
  • You are preferred point of contact and first line of escalation for our customers.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Minimum of 3 years management role or project management work experience
  • Coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and logical reasoning

Nice to Haves

  • Preferably SAP/ ERP experience

Please note that for this position, relocation support is not provided. Preferably, we are looking for candidates that live within a max 80km radius of our Medtronic office in Heerlen (Netherlands).
