Healthcare IT Support Services, part of Global Users Services of Medtronic IT, focuses heavily on resolving key technical issues and providing technical insight for Medtronic sales representatives, health care providers, and patients utilizing Medtronic therapies worldwide.

The Technical User Support Analyst (TUSA) for Healthcare IT, is integral to providing the daily support our customers need to function in their job. Medtronic businesses rely on the HCIT-TUSA to deliver world class customer service and expert technical knowledge to enable the success and future growth of our company.

The position is opened in Heerlen, The Netherlands.

A Day in the Life

  • Triaging and respond to customer and user requests that sometimes need escalation accordingly.
  • Provide training, troubleshooting and technical support to end users using various communication channels
  • Support peripherals, and offer best-effort-support for extended technologies that interface with our solutions
  • Enjoying collaborating with team members as well as working independently.
  • Prioritize and coordinate with multiple internal Medtronic departments to resolve customer issues (Deployment, Marketing, Repair, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)
  • Maintain customer feedback, knowledge documentation and contribute to service improvement as well as service reporting

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A first experience in a similar position within a complex matrix organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English (ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences)

Nice to Haves

  • Various experiences of Microsoft OS, Software and related Hardware
  • 2+ years experience in an IT Support environment
  • Knowledge of Digital Healthcare, Healthcare and MedTech support
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
