What are your responsibilities?

Operational Quick wins (75%)

  • Focus on the current issues in Supply Chain. Present to the Supply Chain Manager Benelux, your findings to get buy -in and sponsorship for the project.
  • Review the issues and create a Process improvement plan with existing quick win adjustments in Operations.
  • Work together with different Stakeholders (our internal customers) to achieve your goal.

Logistical Responsibilities (25%)

  • Work together with the Logistics Officers to assure daily business is done
  • Run different reports and share them in Teams with our internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining process manuals, tools and activities.
  • Super-user for Navision Netherlands and Belgium;
  • Super-User for Connect
  • Super-user for Product Cloud
  • Be a backup for the Logistics Officer, when needed.

Plan & Create on a weekly basis a stock comparison between Nedcargo Warehouse Management System and Navision BE

What are we looking for?

You are an assertive, pro-active, accurate, communicative and resilient personality and a team player.

Education and Professional experience

  • Level of education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Supply Chain knowledge

Languages

  • Dutch /or French are preferred, English will be a must.
