We are looking for a team player who is passionate on engaging with our (IT) colleagues and improve their Security & IT risk knowledge and skills via primarily learnings and trainings.

You and your job

For you, learning and training is key in making people more aware and influence their behaviour related to Security & IT risk. You focus on the people part in Security & IT Risk and know how to engage and develop learning and training material, based on your experience in the technical and/or process part within Security & IT Risk. You connect easy with our engineers, developers and IT Risk managers. You become enthusiastic when we develop interventions that go beyond knowledge sharing. With you as an ambassador, we increase the resilience of all our Rabobank colleagues, whether we engage on dilemmas for DevOps teams, create a ‘Booster Session’ for Privileged Users or design masterclasses for senior management.

The Security & IT Risk team with focus on Behaviour, Awareness & Learning is part of the Risk Control Expertise Center within Chapter Security & In Control (CSI). For this specific Expert role, we are looking for top candidates who bring added value on IT Risk and Security to the team and know how to strengthen risk aware behaviour. We invite you to get in touch with us when you recognize yourself in the following:

  • Academic background or higher education
  • A minimum of 5-year working experience in fields related to corporate learning or training
  • Security & IT Risk professional with strong alignment with the technical and process part (standards & frameworks)
  • Strong communication- , presentation- and training skills

  • Focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable solutions
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management and an Agile/DevOps way of working
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferable)

This is what we offer you

  • a gross monthly salary between € 3807 and maximum €6481 (scale 9/10), based on experience
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400-
  • a combination of working from home and at the office, #LI-Hybrid
  • A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%
