What will you do?

  • Write, improve and manage our FAQ’s in Intercom, led by key metrics;
  • By providing tailor made templates, you make the lives of our Support team easier;
  • Manage our Intercom and Chatlayer Bot and ensure that it deflects as much contact as possible based on data;
  • Compose mass emails that we send out to buyers and sellers;
  • Present the developments and analytics to the Head of Customer Experience and Live Support Manager on a monthly basis;
  • In order to stay in touch with the needs of our customers, you work at least 1 shift at Live Support every other week;
  • You work closely together with other Team Leads to decide when and how to inform our fans correctly.

About you

  • You are available for 40 hours per week;
  • You speak native Dutch and are fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus;
  • You have hands-on experience in copywriting, blogging and/or writing FAQ’s;
  • You are analytical and use data to back your decisions;
  • You are result-oriented and always looking to make improvements;
  • You have experience in Customer Support and know how to help our fans through written word;
  • You possess the ability to communicate complexity in simple terms;
  • You bring strong project management skills, and can juggle your work in Support with your copywriting workload.
