With the start of the business transformation to standardize and globalize our business processes to the max, a standard global solution set for the platforms domain with solutions (SAP ECC & S4/Hana, Salesforce, Quintiq, Pardot, Cloud/Azure) is being implemented. In this position you report to the IT Operations Manager. The location is Arnhem/Emmen.

Your job

• You are responsible for business relationship management with your business stakeholders to pro-actively inspire, give solicited and unsolicited advice how processes in your domain can be improved using digital technologies and to support the decommissioning of legacy on-prem systems and transition to cloud platform.
• You have a vision for your process domain how the digital transformation should look like and can translate this to an agreed, tangible 5 years roadmap.
• You manage available budget, scope and timelines to implement the digital transformation; specifically optimizing transition of systems and applications from on-prem to cloud platform.
• Together with your team you successfully implement multidisciplinary projects according to your digital transformation roadmap.
• You ensure that after a successful implementation the new/improved solution will be delivered as a solid service. You agree on the required service levels with business stakeholders and ensure that the services will be delivered E2E. In case of outsourced services you and your team ensure the outsource partners are managed effectively.

You ensure your team members experience that our Information Management department is a great place to work, you coach your team members so that they are successful both on the short and on the long term.

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer science or a comparable discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience as team leader with proven track record in building high performing teams.
• More than 10 years of experience in IT, including experience in Commercial, Planning & Distribution domain in a global role.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; used to work in a strong Global Process Organization in which influencing skills are essential.
• Very well organized, helicopter view, long-term vision combined with active and steering attitude.
• Great communication skills, able to organize projects, give workshops, translate IT in business language and vice versa.
• Well-developed communication and personal skills and an excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
