You will own our stay experience and lead the development and roll out of TSH experience initiatives in our new and existing hotels across Europe.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

As the new Senior Experience Manager for our Stay experience you will report to the Director of Experience and support the definition of vision, strategy and roadmap of our stay experience including student accommodation, hotel and extended stay. You will work collaboratively with other teams, in particular frontline operations and commercial partners on the development and implementation of our stay experience. You will be the go-to expert on the stay product within the business, and will ensure guest-centric decision-making by being the voice of the customer. You will own the development, maintenance and communication of the student and stay experience product book.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop the vision and strategy for the stay proposition aligned to guest, commercial, competitor and market insights.
  • Lead insight strategy for stay including monitoring all guest and team feedback relating to the stay experience, ensuring the voice of the guest is central in product and experience development.
  • Define and map current and future customer value propositions and customer journeys for stay experience including all people, digital, tech, process and design requirements.
  • Lead business case development for investment and innovation in stay products and experiences alongside operations, revenue management and finance teams and steer key strategic projects.
  • Set clear direction and standards for the stay experience for all enabling teams through the development, maintenance, and implementation of the stay product book.
  • Work collaboratively with local teams on implementation of experience standards.
  • Represent the stay product and experience in all cross-functional working groups, steering key decisions in annual planning.

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree;
  • You have at least 5+ years experience in a brand/marketing/customer experience role within multi-site hospitality or food service;Experience in working with software vendors;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to communicate clearly at various levels of the organization;
  • You’re a strategic thinker willing to get stuck into day-to-day tasks;
  • You have proven agency management experience;
  • You have strong stakeholder & vendor management skills;
  • You’re fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work autonomously while prioritizing tasks;
  • Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with internal and external partners;
  • You’re a strong team player, assisting the overall team and your peers to achieve success;
  • You have a valid EU passport or NL working permit and are currently residing in the Netherlands.
