Expedia’s Process Solutions team is the right place for you! We are a team of experienced Continuous Improvement experts who partner with teams across Expedia to solve our most meaningful problems.

Expedia is seeking a Process Solutions Analyst who will focus on driving process improvement within Expedia for Business (E4B). We are looking for an experienced practitioner of Lean Six Sigma methods and tools who has demonstrated success in using these tools to deliver results in challenging business spaces.

You must thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities. The incumbent should provide thought leadership for improving the business, and execute high profile projects focused on driving efficiency, customer experience improvement, and revenue uplift.

We are hiring across London / Madrid / Prague and offering flexibility to work from home in line with our hybrid working policy. Occasional travel to your respective office will be required.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate cross functionally to solve ambiguous and complex partner and traveler issues, ensuring a systematic approach to all executive critical issues
  • Act as a facilitator and mentor to designated individuals working critical issues globally
  • Serve as a change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
  • Produce and communicate critical issue summaries and related reporting and metrics to various levels within the organization
  • Provide mentorship and recommendations back to the business
  • Lead full scale process improvement initiatives stemming from recommendations
  • Identify and communicate any potential risks and obstacles with current initiatives

Who you are:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data to identify root causes, develop innovative solutions for process challenges and can effectively present findings and recommendations to all levels in the business
  • Expert ability to root cause complex issues
  • Experience in continuous process improvement methodologies and frameworks
  • Outstanding facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage and steer groups of varying seniority through quality problem solving and solution implementation
  • Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives to drive process improvement
  • Ability to develop full scale project plans in partnership with cross functional project teams
  • Proven ability to handle key relationships and influence others without having positional authority by interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous work environment
  • 5+ years of Program Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related functions or in Principal role for consulting and/or analytics: or related equivalent experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification, Certified Lean Sensei, or Certified Quality Engineer or related equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's in engineering or business in a quantitative field or related field or equivalent related professional experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Travel Industry, Contact Centers a plus
