One of our strategic goals at E4B is to enable our teams to efficiently manage our partner relationship lifecycle through accurate partner data and related processes facilitated by Salesforce.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Salesforce team and lead a strategic initiative to improve and automate the way we capture and use partner related information within Salesforce and associated downstream/upstream technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO/ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Shape the vision, contribute to the CRM roadmap, open new frontiers and really drive an area of strategic importance to E4B
  • Engage and collaborate across multiple disciplines at E4B and the rest of Expedia to deliver your vision
  • Drive product development in an agile environment with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Communicate with global stakeholders, regularly representing your products
  • Engage with our commercial teams and partners to discover opportunities, present new features, and create continuous feedback loops
  • Work closely with commercial strategy, finance, sales operations and and legal teams on creating valuable, effective, and measurable solutions using the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with the wider product and development teams to create efficiently integrated technology to simplify and automate manual business processes

WHO YOU (CANDIDATE) ARE:

  • You can become the voice of the customer, representing them and delivering products from a position of understanding
  • You are passionate and knowledge about Salesforce and its capabilities (and limitations)
  • You enjoy building trusting relationships with people inside and outside your core product team
  • You are comfortable working with data to both inform the success of products and identify trends and opportunities
  • You have experience with delivering customer (internal and external) facing products in the Salesforce ecosystem, delivering incrementally with a track record of designing simple, intuitive, and integrated user experiences
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment, across multiple time zones
  • You value teamwork and assume positive intent
  • Last but not least, you love travel as much as we do!
