As a Technical Advisor you will be at the heart of our company, bridging the gap between our Engineering team and the customer. You will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of the installation of our hybrid heat pumps and therefore one of the driving factors behind our product roll-out.

You will receive extensive training from our experienced technical specialists and soon enough become an industry specialist yourself.

What you will do:

  • Process all information that we received from our customers. Based on this make an assessment of how to install the heat pump in a technically sound way, without neglecting the aesthetics.
  • (Video) call the customer to present your plan and gather missing information.
  • Present the customer with our offer.
  • Provide installers with an extensive plan and drawings on how to execute the installation. Use their feedback to improve it.
  • Give feedback to our product development team to continuously improve the installability of our products.
  • Together with the team brainstorm ideas on how to improve our internal processes and help us grow.
  • Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!

Job requirements

  • You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.
  • You have a relevant technical degree (HBO/WO) or experience.
  • You are skilled and fast in working with all kinds of IT tools.
  • You possess spatial awareness and an eye for detail.
  • You know how to approach customers in a helpful, polite & solution-oriented manner.
  • You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.
  • You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.

Quatt is an ambitious start-up that was founded in 2021 by two brothers. The goal is to accelerate the transition to sustainable heating in the Netherlands and abroad. Our first product is a smart, hybrid heat pump for the Dutch market.
Quatt wants to significantly increase heat pump adoption by improving the overall customer experience, adding smart control software, simplifying the installation job and, last but not least, greatly enhancing the aesthetics.
