THE ROLE

We are looking for a result oriented, dynamic and decisive Visual Merchandiser to ensure a high level of VM execution across the Factory Outlet store network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to Senior VM Coordinator and supporting the visual merchandising & retail team to drive key business goals & strategies.
  • Provide hands-on support for all VM activities as required (dedicated window launches, events & product launches) for Factory Outlet stores.
  • Lead and motivate store teams to complete VM directives to given timelines & give constructive feedback through VM reports to reflect local market & business needs.
  • Support/deliver store openings & offer VM support & store visits on a regular basis.
  • Support with the VM communication & implementation at store level, reflective of business needs.
  • Delivery of VM training & supporting in-store VM training initiatives.
  • Supporting & deliver the creation of VM tools; such as seasonal & permanent Visual Merchandising Guidelines on a regular basis or reactive to support business needs.
  • Working closely with Retail Operations & Marketing Departments.
  • Support Factory Outlet network with seasonal VM updates on a regular basis reflecting product launch calendar.
  • VM support of KL Brand activities as & when required; Line Openings etc.

THE PROFILE

  • Visual merchandising, Interior design, Fashion, Retail or Business-related studies.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written. (French is highly desirable)
  • Good knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft office, the Adobe Creative Suite:(InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Organizational & coordination skills, enthusiasm, strong and natural communicator.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team is key.
  • Flexibility to travel weekly across Europe - mainly France and UK.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in VM approach.
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-growing, fast paced environment.
  • Able to work in an international work environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a very fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
