You will become part of the digital engagement team within the Digital Marketing and CRM Department. In this role of CRM Specialist you are responsible for the successful implementation of the CRM program at European level and for all product groups like motorcycles, scooter, marine and RVPP.

You will support the European branches in the CRM roll out and collect local needs and request translate hem into them into development requests. You will be in charge of assisting developers in the requests’ definition, providing the required inputs for the successful understanding and development.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Secure proper roll-out of the CRM program in all European branches in time with a high adoption rate at country level;
  • Support new developments and integrations with the CRM system;
  • Propose new strategy and execution plan to improve the usage of CRM at local level;
  • Help and support all European branches and internal departments in the lead generation activities and the usage of the CRM tool;
  • Work cross functional with digital marketing, brand and business teams to plan and deliver CRM campaigns strategies to increase customer engagement, retention and loyalty;
  • Coordinate with other digital marketing areas the execution of the engagement campaigns, providing the goals and target to reach;
  • Analyze the performance of CRM adoption for all CRM countries creating and providing periodical reporting to monitor the agreed KPI;
  • Integrate the CRM initiatives with the DMS, aligning efforts with development team;
  • Analyze and optimize the workflow related to the customer data management to identify the automatism that will improve the daily activities;
  • Monitor the training activity with the distributors and internal staff to improve the adoption of the system.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Business; Applied Sciences or Computer engineering;
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in project management for the implementation of CRM environments;
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM programs preferably Salesforce CRM;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills able to take data driven decisions;
  • Experience in digital marketing activities related customer data and segmentation;
  • You have computer skills and you are an open, friendly and creative professional;
  • You are organized, and able to establish priorities when working on projects;
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a requirement. Other languages are an asset;
  • You have interest in motorcycle, marine world and international organizations.
