What will you be doing?
As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you are driven to guide your clients in using our product BlueDolphin to best support their digital (business) transformation. You cover all aspects of the engagement: training users, mapping client objectives to product capabilities and planning value cycles to realize them. Through periodic reviews and inspiration sessions, you challenge your customers to continuously look for more benefit from BlueDolphin. You are responsible for your own portfolio of about 10-20 clients with whom you build and maintain deeply rooted relationships in order to get a good understanding of their wants and needs and be able to proactively manage value creation with our product. Oftentimes you team up with other consultants for specialized knowledge and experience.
Whilst growing the business, we are also growing our knowledge base and training portfolio. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will run into uncharted territory from time to time and bring home treasures of newfound knowledge and best practices to incorporate into our methodology, so we can share these with our customers.
