Your role

  • Define project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverables
  • Implement change management strategy for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) | People projects including:
  • Translate vision to communicate a compelling future state
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement
  • Conduct change impact analysis
  • Facilitate leadership engagement and alignment
  • Conduct readiness assessment
  • Collaborate on communications and training plans and materials
  • Track adoption, report metrics, risks and issues and escalate as necessary
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships within DTTL | People and across client groups
  • Use defined and established organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance
  • Facilitate collaboration across project teams, and with People Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Manage multiple projects, setting expectations, meeting deadlines, and managing complexity

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis.

Your professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment
  • Proven experience in a professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: organizational change management, communication, learning, and general business analysis
  • Understanding of organizational design and change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
  • Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits that are conveyed through learning, communication, and presentation materials
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn business solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a matrixed environment with minimal oversight
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage others
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures in a virtual environment
  • Creative problem-solver; sees the value in active brainstorming and collaborative innovation
  • Advanced skills in the latest communications technology, including mastery of Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work with web content management systems and analytics tools, and proficiency in photo/video editing software.
  • Avid juggler and team player; able to shift gears and manage multiple priorities with enthusiasm and energy; proactive worker who can fit successfully into a virtual, dispersed team and has great upward management skills
