The Global Business Director will work with an existing portfolio of strategic clients and will focus on retaining and growing a regionally diverse set of large clients, predominantly within the financial industry. This will be achieved by a solution-based approach to up-selling targets, ensuring adoption of key products, executing on campaigns and improving customer satisfaction.

The Global Business director will work together with dedicated Customer support success managers, marketing, and Business Development Managers to obtain his objectives. You will report to the Vice President of Sales Europe

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus
  • Identify, develop and typically close new sales opportunities
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team, as needed
  • Understand the customer’s needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies

What do you bring to us?

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid business development and relationship management experience from the B2B, corporate or professional services sectors
  • Ability to engage and advise with a consultative and solutions driven approach
  • Experience in providing an excellent customer care
  • Strong communication skills to include presentations and negotiations
  • A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to work well autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
