Your job

The Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) wants to hire the best (potential) security professionals in the world. However, this is a scarce target group. As a consequence, we would like to optimize our hiring strategy and process. In this assignment you will be responsible to coordinate all activities around the optimization of our hiring and onboarding. To do this you will collaborate with several CISO colleagues and our recruiters.

Your working environment

You will work in CISO which is the driving force for (cyber) security within ABN AMRO. With a few hundred highly specialized colleagues, we prevent fraud events, DDOS attacks and other forms of digital crime every day. In addition, we show our social involvement through our commitment to the ABN AMRO Foundation. For example, by distributing Christmas packages or guiding school children in museums.

Your profile

You are at least a BSc (HBO, WO) graduate in HR/Business with good understanding of the contemporary world of IT and information security or an IT/ information security graduate with knowledge in HRM/business. So you've already demonstrated that you can study, now it's time to work on your career. Or perhaps you’re still studying but you’re looking for an opportunity to move your knowledge out of the textbooks and into practice? During your internship you’ll experience what it’s like to work for a large, commercial IT organization and you’ll find out what you’re good at.
